3. The milk has a golden colour due to an exceptionally high content of beta carotene which may help to reduce the risks of certain cancers.
4. The milk also has a high butterfat content of 5% and a high protein content of 3.7%.
5. Guernsey cows produce around 6000 kg per lactation.

2. रंग हा चेरी लाल ते तपकिरी असतो. महगोनी आणि पांढरा हा रंगाचे विविधता आढळून येते.
3. दुधात बीटा कॅरोटीनचे प्रमाण जास्त असल्याने दुधाला सोनेरी रंग प्राप्त झाला आहे, आणि बीटा कॅरोटीनचे प्रमाण जास्त असल्याने कर्करोगाचा धोका कमी होण्यास मदत होऊ शकते.
