1. Originated from the mixture of Sahiwal, Red Sindhi, Tharparkar and Dhanni breeds apparently with a preponderance of Sahiwal blood.
2. Particularly concentarted in Loonkaransar tehsil of Bikaner district which is also known as Rathi tract.
3. The breed is well adapted to desert conditions.
4. The average milk yield of this breed is between 1000 and 2800 kg per lactation.
5. Age at first calving ranges from 36 to 52 months and the calving interval is 425 to 600 days.

1. विशेषत: बिकानेर जिल्ह्यातील लुणकरनसर तहसीलमध्ये केंद्रित आहे ज्याला ‘राठी ट्रॅक्ट’ म्हणूनही ओळखले जाते.
2. साहिवाल, लाल सिंधी, थारपारकर आणि धान्नी जातींच्या संकर करून उत्पत्ती. विशेषता: साहिवालचे अनुवांशिक गुण अधिक आहे.
3. ही जात वाळवंटातील परिस्थितीशी उत्तम प्रकारे जुळवून घेते.
4. या जातीचे सरासरी दूध उत्पादन १००० ते २८००किलो/वेत असते.
5. पहिल्या विण्याचे वय ३६ ते ५२ महिने आणि ४२५ ते ६०० आंतर विण्याचे कालावधी असते.
